Customer Service Associate

Avita Coffee & Provision, Inc., a growing office coffee service company in South Florida with a friendly working environment is looking for a Customer Service Associate in our Delray Beach office.

This position provides heavy customer service assistance with business refreshment orders, service, and problem resolution. This position is also responsible for providing support to the route delivery, warehouse and equipment service functions by troubleshooting inquiries and updating customer information. The position entails taking orders via the phone, internet, fax and inputting them for delivery. This is a detail oriented position and a commitment to excellence is needed.

Qualifications:

• Customer Service Associates must have at least 2 years of customer service experience (Office Refreshment Industry experience a plus).
• Proficient computer usage and knowledge of Peachtree, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
• Strong typing skills are also required.
• Detail oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize and complete workload efficiently.
• Candidate must possess exceptional phone, communication and customer service skills together with a pleasant personality.
• Sales ability to introduce to customers items that they are not already purchasing.
• The ability to work independently and handle a high volume work load in a busy environment.
